Clearvac International Ltd has developed an unique process for cleaning constricted pipe-work.
Utilizing a bio-engineered product [Eco-ScaleAway] blended of natural ingredients and a pre-determined
application process, a full clean* of the entire system, is assured.
*Automated dosing systems and installations cannot achieve a full-system clean, regardless of products used.
BENEFITS OF USING CLEARVAC'S 'ECO-SCALEAWAY' PRODUCTS AND APPLICATION PROGRAMME :
- System remains in full service - use of harsh acids requires 'system' shut-down
- No risk of treatment tank 'biomass' collapse - which will occur when using biocide products
- No 'cooking' required - which is required when using harsh acids such as phosphoric based products
- No risk of venting toxic gases -which occurs if using a circulating process with mineral acids
- Does not require automated dosing pumps - application achieved at the toilet bowl
- No pressure test required of system - system remains at operational vacuum, no risk of leaks
- Clearvac products are non-hazardous and require no specific transportation or storage requirements unlike that of mineral acids.
- Negates the need for 'mass' contractors onboard, generally one 'supervisor' is required with the Clearvac process. The Clearvac process has been developed such that the application can be executed by the clients employment base, be it hotel housekeeping, ship's crew, platform establishment and so forth.
